Individual and Group Therapy
I offer client-centred individual / group counselling. I strive to work from an anti-oppression, trauma-informed framework. I use a holistic approach and draw from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatics, Narrative Therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, IPT, CPt, TFCBT, Resilience, Positive Psychology, Yoga, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, CPT, TF-CBT, and staged trauma therapy.
I offer free counselling services to eligible Indigenous peoples and refugees through the NIHB and IFHP programs.

Customized Yoga for Wellbeing for Boards, Employees, Clients, and Individuals
Based in gentle hatha yoga, mindfulness, meditation, somatics, polyvagal theory, neuroscience, psychotherapy and staged-trauma therapy, this yoga can help with stress reduction; grounding; reconnecting the mind-body; improving mood and overall well-being; living in the present moment; building strength and resilience; distress tolerance; self-regulation; managing somatic manifestations of emotional overload; and regaining a sense of control.
Consulting, Training, and Supervision
Some current offerings include clinical consultation / supervision and training for individuals, groups, teams, and management. Workshops included Anti-Oppression 101; Trauma-Informed Practice; and Resilience-based Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, and Vicarious Trauma Prevention.
I have over 12 years of experience facilitating mental health psycho-education, anti-oppressive practice, sexual violence prevention, consent training, Positive Space training, and revising organizational manuals and trainings.
I led an award winning violence prevention program and was a nominee for the Paul Yuzyk award for multiculturalism.
